Christian Counseling for Men in Blue Bell and Across Pennsylvania
You may have handled this on your own for a long time. You kept working, kept providing, and told the people closest to you that you were fine. Usually the strain shows up somewhere else first: a short temper at home, a marriage that has gone quiet, trouble sleeping, a habit you can't break, or a faith that feels like going through the motions.
Counseling is a place to say what you have been carrying without managing anyone's reaction to it. Sessions are practical. Most weeks you leave with something to try before the next one, and the goal is change that you and the people around you can see.
Your faith is part of the work as much as you want it to be. Both of our counselors are men, and both bring a Christ-centered approach. You can talk about doubt, anger at God, or a faith that has gone dry, and no one will lecture you.
In person in Blue Bell, or online anywhere in Pennsylvania. Our office is at 910 Lenmar Dr, Blue Bell, PA 19422, in Montgomery County, a short drive from Plymouth Meeting, Lansdale, Ambler, Norristown, and King of Prussia. If coming in isn't practical, every session is also available by secure video from anywhere in the state.
What We Help Men With
Anger and a short fuse at home. Stress, burnout, and anxiety. Depression and low motivation. Marriage strain and communication. Pornography and other habits you can't break. Trauma and painful memories. Life transitions: a new job, a lost job, becoming a father, an empty house. A faith that feels dry or full of questions.
We use proven methods: CBT, ACT, and DBT for stress, anger, and stuck thinking; EMDR and the Flash Technique for trauma; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for marriage and relationships; and the Neurosequential Model when stress is living in your body. Each session has a plan, built around what you came in to change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be a Christian to come?
No. We are glad to work with any man, and faith comes into the work only as much as you want it to.
Can I meet online?
Yes. Sessions run on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, anywhere in Pennsylvania. Some men find video easier for a first conversation; others want to be in the room. We offer both.
Will my wife need to come?
Only if you want her to. You can start on your own and add couples sessions later if that would help.
What does it cost?
$165 for a 50-minute session, with reduced rates between 10am and 3pm. We are out-of-network; we provide superbills on request, and you can pay with an HSA or FSA card.
