Who we are. Growth Counseling and Online Therapy provides online Christian counseling across Pennsylvania. This policy describes how this website handles your information.

What we collect. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. Our site also uses Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages visited, general location, and device type.

How we use it. Contact form information is used only to respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations. Analytics data is used to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Therapy records are different. Information you share as a client in counseling is protected health information governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you become a client. This website policy covers only website interactions.

Third-party services. We use SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform, for scheduling and client communication, and Google services for site analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies.

Your choices. You may decline non-essential cookies in your browser. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email info@growthcounseling.org or call (484) 854-3626.

Not for emergencies. This website is not monitored for urgent communication. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room.
