Who we are
At Growth Counseling, our mission is to bring together the timeless truths of the Bible and the proven tools of therapy to help individuals, couples, and families live more full and abundant lives in Christ.
We provide individual counseling, marriage counseling, teen counseling, and premarital counseling, walking with clients through challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and pornography addiction.
Alongside practical faith-based guidance, we integrate evidence-based clinical practices—including EMDR (Trauma-informed), Flash Technique, CBT, and the Neuro-Sequential Model (Brain based)—all viewed through the lens of a biblical worldview. Our goal is to help you grow in healing, hope, and in deeper connection to Christ and to those you love.
Do you accept insurance?
We are considered out-of-network providers for insurance. Please check with your insurance company, as many PPO plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network counseling services. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) as forms of payment. You can verify your insurance coverage and policy details directly with your insurer.
Mentaya can also help you quickly check which insurance benefits you may qualify for and maximize your potential reimbursement for therapy costs
Does having a Christian faith as part of the counseling experience make a difference?
Christian counseling understands that spirituality is not just one aspect of who we are—it is the foundation that shapes our entire being. Our faith in God influences every part of our lives, from how we find hope and purpose to how we navigate daily challenges and relationships. By integrating spiritual truths with therapeutic care, Christian counseling addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—offering a path toward deep, lasting transformation grounded in a vibrant relationship with God.
