To-Do Hub

To-Do Hub — free, runs on your own computer

One place for every loose end: to-dos, projects, and Claude work sessions, ranked so the highest-payoff thing sits on top. Everything stays on your machine — no account with me, no cloud copy of your tasks.

You need: Windows 10/11 or a Mac, and the free Claude desktop app signed into your own Claude account (a paid Claude plan powers the AI parts; the list works without one).

Windows: Download, right-click the zip → Extract All, then double-click Install To-Do Hub.cmd. Windows will warn you "Windows protected your PC" because this isn't from a registered software company — click More info → Run anyway.

Mac: Download and unzip, then follow the README inside — there's a one-time Terminal line that makes the launcher runnable, because macOS strips that flag from anything in a zip.

On your phone: there's no app store download. Install it on your computer first, then the hub shows you a private link and QR code — scan it, and add it to your home screen (iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: menu → Install app). Your computer has to be awake, and both on the same Wi-Fi.
